Set beneath the towering cliffs of Mt Buffalo, this is your chance to come and meet us in real life, swap stories around the fire, and be part of something unforgettable.

Your ticket covers, two nights off-grid camping, dinner both nights, live music, and a stack of giveaways and prizes. We’ve booked out Mt Buffalo Caravan Park in Porepunkah, Victoria — a stunning alpine basecamp with crisp mountain air and views that’ll stop you in your tracks.

Whether you’ve followed us for years or just stumbled across our journey, this is your invitation to step off the screen and into the story. Bring your caravan, camper, tent or swag along with your dancing shoes — we’ll bring the rest.

Important Info:

This is a ticketed event and will be held in a separate area to the main caravan park; only ticket holders will be permitted entry.
The main event camping area is off-grid, informal camping, with no designated sites. You will be greeted on arrival and given directions on where to camp.
There are full amentities available in the main caravan park a short (less than 100m) walk from the event area.

Yes! Please make sure they are kept on-leash.
Unfortunately this is a closed, private event and only full weekend tickets are available.
There’s no specific ticket type for 1 adult and 1 child, please purchse a 2 adult ticket. (If you are a single adult with more than 1 child, count your first child as an adult and the rest as children, ie 1 adult, 3 children would purchase a 2 adult + 2 Children Ticket)
Mt Buffalo Caravan Park offers some powered sites, but they are very limited and you will be in a different section of the park to the main event. Contact the park directly to book, you will still need to purchase your weekend event ticket.

We’re working closely with the local community including the local police and are continuing to monitor updates. Ensuring everyone has a fun & safe weekend is our top prioirty. If anything changes, all ticketholders will be contacted by email.
In the unlikely event that The Pioneer Party is cancelled by us (due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund of your ticket purchase — no questions asked.
Yes, that’s completely fine, we’d love you to stay a little longer and enjoy the area. Purchase your weekend ticket here and then contact Mt Buffalo Caravan Park to book your additional nights (subject to availability)

Change of Plans?
We get it — life happens. But due to the nature of this event and upfront costs, ticket sales are non-refundable. Unfortunately, if you’re unable to attend The Pioneer Party, we’re unable to offer refunds, transfers, or credits.
If you have questions or special circumstances, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help where we can, but we want to be upfront: no refunds will be issued for change-of-mind or non-attendance.
